Attorney Regina L. Nielsen

Regina L. Nielsen is an Omaha-based estate planning and business succession attorney with Legacy Design Strategies. She believes every individual and family deserves a plan that reflects their unique circumstances, goals, and values. Regina guides clients through their options with clarity and care, helping them build thoughtful plans that minimize probate, reduce the impact of estate and gift taxes, and provide long-term protection for both assets and loved ones. Her work is rooted in helping people feel confident, prepared, and supported during some of life’s most important decisions.

Originally from the Tampa area, Regina earned her Bachelor of Science from the University of Florida in Gainesville and her Juris Doctorate from St. Thomas University School of Law in Miami. In 2004, she and her family moved to Bennington, Nebraska, where they’ve been proud to call home ever since.

Outside the office, Regina enjoys shopping, cooking, traveling, and spending time outdoors with her husband, their blended family of seven adult children, and their granddaughter.
