Stephania Johnson

Stephania joined Legacy Design Strategies in March 2025, bringing with her a strong background in real estate and a passion for client service. As a Legal Assistant in the Settlements Department, she assists with estate administrations by preparing documents, coordinating with financial institutions, and supporting clients with compassion and attention to detail.

Originally from Medellín, Colombia, Stephania now lives in Omaha with her husband Kyle and their two dogs, Arya and Mocca. In her free time, she enjoys kayaking, biking, traveling, volunteering at NHS, and learning new languages, she’s fluent in Spanish and currently studying Portuguese.
