Cinda Barz

Cinda Barz, Administrative Assistant for the Iowa Falls, IA office. She was born and raised in the area. After serving in the military for 4 years on the east coast as a Veterinary Technician. I returned home to raise my family. My proudest accomplishment is raising three wonderful children and watching them grow into responsible adults finding their way in the world.

Quality Control and Assurance was my career journey in manufacturing for 20+ years with Land O Lakes and Merck Animal Health. I was offered the opportunity to challenge that journey as an office manager a few years ago. A few of my main responsibilities involved maintaining quality systems policies, oversees HR responsibilities, manage audit requirements and office activities. I am excited to continue that journey with Legacy Design Strategies.
